Installation
We offer a complete turnkey job but you are always welcome to provide your own wood if you would like to.
In existing homes and businesses we are available to provide the tear out service. We will remove the existing wood floors, carpet, tile or vinyl and any shoe molding, strips or reducers. We will also haul away the trash.
After the existing floors are removed we will install your new flooring, including; prefinished or unfinished, nail down, glue down or snap and lock.
We are very experienced with inlays, borders and patterns. If you want your floors to stand out from the rest - let us know! We will be more than happy to work with you on creating a one of a kind floor.
We will also install stair landings and nosings at this time.
If you chose to use inlaid vents they will need to be special ordered. If we have not received them by the time we start laying your floors they will be installed when we come back to perform the sanding.
If the flooring is unfinished the shoe molding and strips or reducers will be installed during the sanding process. If you are using a prefinished flooring the shoe molding and any required strips or reducers will be installed once the floor is laid.
