Finishing Your Floors
You can chose to finish your floors with polyurethane, water based finish or moisture cure. We only use professional grade finishes and always apply three coats, not just two like some other companies.
Polyurethane is the most common of the finishes and is available in three sheen's - satin, semi-gloss, and gloss. The first coat of polyurethane is a sealer and the sheen of the second coat does not matter because it will not effect the sheen you have chosen for your final coat.
Water-based finish is only available in a satin sheen.
We only offer the gloss sheen of moisture cure.
If you have your deck or porch finished we will use a professional grade polyurethane with UV protection on each of the three coats.
